The 2026 Genesis GV60 will debut with an updated design, which has already been showcased through the Korean version. The electric compact luxury SUV features a more stylish interior, highlighted by a 27.0-inch dashboard display, complemented by a sleeker front bumper and redesigned headlights. Genesis has not yet disclosed the specifications or pricing for the U.S. market, but it is anticipated that the 2026 GV60 will feature an upgraded 84.0-kWh battery and have a starting price of approximately $55,000. The Genesis GV60 is the first electric small luxury SUV to get a makeover. The updated features and new look of the Korean version have been shown, but the changes are not expected to be made to cars sold in the US until the 2026 model year. The updated Genesis GV60 doesn’t look very different from the old one at first glance, but a closer look shows that the front bumper is cleaner. Along with the new mesh that gives the grille depth, the GV60 looks bigger thanks to new air vents placed in front of the front wheels. Using microlens-array parts has also improved the performance of headlights. There aren’t any other major changes to the way it looks, but the 21-inch wheels have new shapes, and the outside cladding is now the same color as the body. The huge 27.0-inch tablet on the dashboard is the most noticeable new feature inside. The infotainment system and digital readings are housed in the same device. The Electrified GV70 and other new Genesis models were the first to use this setup. The GV60 also has redesigned switchgear and a new three-spoke steering wheel. The Korean version has a pretty blue interior, but it’s unclear if American cars will have this color scheme. Genesis has not yet said what the GV60 will be like or how much it will cost in the US. Still, it will get the same updates as the Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5, which are also built on the same base. The EPA says it will go between 235 and 294 miles for the 2025 model year. This range will definitely go up because the battery is going to grow from 77.4 kWh to 84.0 kWh. When it comes out in 2026, the Genesis GV60 is expected to cost around $55,000 and come with a NACS charging port.
