Audi will offer free planned maintenance on all 2026 models. The manufacturer’s new initiative includes coverage for the first three yearly service visits or up to 10,000 miles, whichever occurs sooner. Audi is late, but Mercedes hasn’t joined BMW, Genesis, and others in offering free monthly maintenance for years. Sales have been slow for Audi this year. Its slow-selling EVs and bad dealership and customer feedback have caused the company to abandon its controversial naming strategy. Audi is giving free maintenance and a longer warranty to attract customers. All Audis—including leased vehicles—will receive three complimentary service visits starting in 2026. Audi Signature Care offers oil changes and multipoint examinations. The service is scheduled either once a year or every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. Audi enhances vehicle maintenance by performing a brake fluid replacement. Anyone who bought a BMW in the past few years is used to free planned maintenance. Volvo and Genesis offer a three-year 36,000-mile warranty, similar to BMWs. Audi, Lexus, and Porsche, owned by Volkswagen, are offering the first planned servicing for free. Audi now offers a three-year 30,000-mile warranty to match Infiniti’s servicing coverage. Famous luxury brand Mercedes charges more for planned maintenance.
