• BMW is making minor changes and adding new infotainment to the M4 and 4-series models for 2024.
  • These coupes and convertibles, including the four-door Gran Coupe, now have the same curved screens as the 3-series and M3 sedans, which were added for 2023.
  • The 2024 M4 and 4-series cars will come to the United States this month.

In 2024, BMW will put the same new screens in the M4 and 4-series in some of their latest cars. The “curved display” layout is now standard on the 4-series, convertible, Gran Coupe, and M4 coupe and convertible. This layout is also standard on the 3-series sedan and many other new BMWs.

This comprises a 14.9-inch screen in the middle of the dashboard and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, all covered by a single piece of curved glass. This also means that the 4-series and M4 have the latest iDrive 8, which has better menu structures, graphics, and a voice-command option for the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant.

Currently, BMW has yet to release many photos of the cars in 2024, but we’ve included pictures of the M4 coupe and 4-series Gran Coupe’s updated interiors. Also, the 4-series has a unique gear shifter and a small switch on the center console. There are also other trim options, such as the standard black trim around the windows of the M440i and a unique aluminum trim called Rhombicle.

This month, BMW said that the 2024 models would start to come in. The coupe version of the 2024 M4 starts at $77,995, while the 503-hp Competition coupe costs $81,935, and the convertible costs $92,935. The prices for the 2024 4-series have yet to be set.
