Since all three models are plug-in hybrids, Lamborghini is also extending the standard warranty for the high-voltage batteries by eight years. The most important change to Lamborghini’s warranty policy is the Selezione Warranty Extension program, which extends the original warranty by 10 years. Even though no one knows the exact terms of the warranty, Lamborghini says that all repairs will be done with original Lamborghini parts to “protect the integrity, performance, and emotional power of their vehicle from the moment of delivery and beyond.” Lamborghini’s standard three-year warranty doesn’t have a mileage cap, but the new Selezione program does. For the Urus, it’s 43,495 miles. This might lead to a catch-22 problem.
