Ram 1500 Revolution BEV was the original name for the concept version, but the company has since changed it to Ram 1500 Rev. The only exciting thing about today’s news, besides what we already know about the idea, is the name. Ram has said that more information will be released this Sunday, February 12, so the world won’t have to wait long for it. Rev is probably an abbreviation for “revolution,” but it also sounds like a verb that describes how an engine turns. It could be a way to honor the past, when Ram trucks ran on gas, and the possible future when pickups could run entirely on electricity.
