For the 2024 model year, the Ford F-150, which is America’s best-selling car and may be the most famous pickup truck, got some new features. It now has a new front face and many other changes that make it look better, feel better, and run better. The prices, on the other hand, have changed for 2024. It now costs $38,565 for a standard XL model, which is $2,735 more than it did last year. This is a considerable rise.

Base cars cost more than $40,000 before, but now they cost almost that much. For instance, the base 2024 Chevy Silverado WT costs $37,445, which makes other full-size pickups a bit more cheap. At the time this was written, Chevrolet’s website showed a $1,350 savings on this price. The price starts at $38,795 before any savings. The Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman is old but new and costs $32,730, but this is not a fair compare.

The prices of other F-150 trims, like the Raptor and Raptor R, increased, but less than the base model. This kind of trim is already pretty pricey, which helps to explain the extra cost.

The 3.3-liter turbocharged V6 engine was swapped out for the 2.7-liter Ecoboost engine, which is also available in the Bronco. This is one of the new features of the 2024 F-150. As was already said, it has been found to be less than reliable. If six valves aren’t your thing, you can always use the 5.0-liter V8 with 400 horsepower.

Ahead-up display and a revised swing-out tailgate are added as optional features to the car, in addition to changes to the drivetrain. The regular XL, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to have these features. Early next year, sellers should be able to sell the updated F-150.
