The Camaro, as we know Chevrolet, will no longer make it. Stick-shift V8 brawlers will no longer be made by Chevrolet after 2024. To celebrate, the company is making the 2024 Camaro Collector’s Edition, a unique package that can be added to any trim level of the muscle car. This could be the last Chevy Camaro of the sixth generation, but is it a big enough deal to show respect for the tried-and-true Camaros of the past?

Even though you can’t get new engines or anything like that, the stylistic upgrades you can get are at least interesting. The top-of-the-line ZL1 is the only one that doesn’t get a coat of Panther Black Metallic, a paint that looks sharp and has a lot of depth. It has the front splitter from the 1LE package, the rear wing from the ZL1, and satin black lines and stripes from other Camaros.

The ZL1 cars at the top of the line get extra care. There will only be 350 cars made; instead of being shiny, they will be matte black. In SS trims, they get a wing higher than the one on the LT. All 2024 Camaro Collector’s Edition cars come with 20-inch satin black forged wheels but polished forged wheels can be added as an extra.

It’s important to know that the Collector’s Edition adds extra features to the car, which costs between $4,995 and $14,995 for a 1LT Camaro and a ZL1. If you choose this choice when you buy a Camaro, you will also get two posters of the car. When someone buys a ZL1, they will also get a watch. To be exact, it will be a “bespoke Canfield Sport 45mm watch from Shinola.” The look in question is said to have the same serial number as the customer’s ZL1 and a Camaro logo on the face, but the car company hasn’t shown any pictures of it.

So, the Collector’s Edition comes with many extras, but the regular Camaro is still something to be proud of, even without these upgrades. On June 15, you can start placing orders for the last Camaro, which will be made in 2024. It’s a great deal for what you get. The LT1 model, a stick-shift car with a 6.2-liter V8 engine and rear-wheel drive, is still for sale for $37,045. The new Mustang GT, on the other hand, starts at $44,090. You can’t say that a car gives you more fun for the same price, but that’s about to change.

We should have had higher dreams for the end of cars. A package that adds some paint, decorations, and more ways to combine parts could be a better send-off. It was said that a 5.5-liter LT6-powered Camaro Z28 was in the works, but that idea was thrown out. There are reports, though, that it is still on its way. It needs something more, something even more impressive. The cheap V8 power car in the United States isn’t quite dead, but it’s on its way out. GM is one of the best companies in the world at making them, and it could easily create something better than a memorial watch.
