Jeep will update the Grand Wagoneer full-size luxury SUV and put it on the market in 2026. New headlights and a hood have been added to the front of the car. In the coming months, more details will be shared, but we don’t know what other changes are in store. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer is finally getting its first major outward change since its initial release. This comes after several years of improvements, such as a new engine. The first picture of the updated 2026 Grand Wagoneer was released by Jeep. It features a contemporary front design, showcasing narrower headlights and a modern interpretation of Jeep’s iconic seven-slot grille. The luxurious Grand Wagoneer is the first generation of this full-size SUV to get these changes, but we expect the less expensive Wagoneer to get the same treatment. Along with a new front end, the Grand Wagoneer and its long-wheelbase twin, the Grand Wagoneer L, are likely to get improvements inside. These could include new trim choices and updated screens. The engine, a 3.0-liter inline-six twin-turbo with 540 horsepower, won’t change much. The smaller Wagoneer is equipped with the same engine, delivering 420 horsepower. The Grand Wagoneer’s new look comes from the electric Jeep Wagoneer S, a smaller SUV with the same name. Also, the Grand Cherokee will get an update soon with a similar look, and the Cherokee small SUV will be back later this year. Jeep says that more information and specs about the 2026 Grand Wagoneer will be available this fall, before the new SUV hits shops before the end of the year.
