The more affordable trims are scheduled to launch in early 2026, with deliveries beginning in late 2025. The Jeep Cherokee is back after a short break, which the company’s management said was an error. Compared to the last version, it’s bigger now, and it looks completely different, featuring a hybrid drivetrain. The Cherokee is three years behind schedule, but the price of the 2026 model is less than the price of the 2023 model. The first trim level is the base trim, which costs $36,995. At this price, the 2026 Cherokee costs $2,295 less than a new 2023 Cherokee. If you want the Laredo, the price goes up to $39,995. The Limited and Overland trims both have their prices go up by the same amount. The Overland trim starts at $45,595, while the Limited trim has a starting price of $42,495. Everything about the hybrid engine is the same. There are two electric motors and a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine in the device. The four-banger engine makes 177 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque when it is used by itself. The electric engines and system make 230 lb-ft of torque and 210 horsepower. The Limited and Overland trims will be sent out first. Jeep thinks that these models will be in stores by late 2025. The base and Laredo trims will have reduced starting prices when they launch in early 2026.
