• The GTH, painted in Storm Purple, boasts a wide carbon fiber body, a prominent rear wing, and eye-catching gold wheels.
  • In addition to refining the suspension and aerodynamics, RML raised the 911 Turbo S’s 3.7-liter flat-six twin-turbo engine output to 920 horsepower.
  • For those who think the Porsche 911 Turbo looks too similar to the lower-cost 911 models, RML Group offers an answer. The widebody Porsche911 Turbo S, which is street-legal, becomes the P39 GT Hypercar. It can also be used as a Le Mans GT race car.

The RML GT Hypercar Is A Modified Porsche 911 Turbo S, Based On Le Mans GT Race Cars

The European tech company RML Group showed off a prototype called the P39 at the end of last year. We now have a wealth of information about the final model, which is called the GTH and further enhances an already impressive computer. The famous twin-turbo charged 3.7-liter flat-six engine in the 911 Turbo makes power. Litchfield Motors modified it. The Turbo S’s 640 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque are increased to 920 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque by enlarging the engine.

An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sends the GTH’s huge power to all four wheels. According to RML, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 205 mph in 2.4 seconds and can finish a lap of the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife in roughly six minutes. And forty-five seconds, which is comparable to the time of a Manthey-spec 911 GT2 RS. The GTH can achieve that time with the help of genuine race car parts, such as a drag-reduction system (DRS) and dynamic front and rear aero components. RML says that when the GTH is running at full speed, it has more downforce than a 992-generation GT3 RS.

The bright eggplant-colored paint on the RML GTH hides its unique carbon-fiber widebody. The 911 Turbo S is approximately 3.5 inches longer and 6.5 inches wider than the GTH. The GTH features bright gold center-lock wheels that conceal a pair of 10-piston front brakes and four-piston rear units, which clamp ceramic composite rotors. Stopping power shouldn’t be a problem. There is also a huge two-piece back wing with DRS that is controlled by the driver and can change its shape based on how the car is driven.

In the same way that Porsche’s à la carte system does, RML offers owners an endless number of choices, ranging from different paint jobs to various types of interior upholstery. A GTH, on the other hand, can only be had by 39 people who have already paid a substantial amount for one.
