This Chevy Silverado With 1000 Horsepower Has Two Doors And Three Wheels

Electric pickup trucks like the Tesla Cyberbeast and the new Quad-Motor Rivian R1T are faster and more powerful than regular street trucks, but they don’t have the same stage presence. If you like old street cars more than these newer dragsters, you’re in luck. In October, Ram announced a new relationship with Fox Factory Vehicles and Direct Connection. This led to the creation of a 650-hp slammed pickup that costs $90,000. Specialty Vehicle Engineering has shown off a brand-new package for the 2026 Silverado 1500. Now, Chevy fans can join in on the fun.

A regular Silverado 1500 gets 1,000 horsepower from SVE’s package. The package also lowers the rear suspension by 5 inches with better Fox Performance dampers, and the front suspension by 2 inches with progressive-rate front springs. We already said there are three pumps, right? The company says the car comes only with rear-wheel drive and a six-speed manual gearbox, but for some reason, the SVE team hasn’t provided any information about the transmission.

The V-8 engine in this strong Silverado features a high-output supercharger, an improved steel crankshaft, forged steel rods, forged aluminum pistons, upgraded cylinder heads, a better fuel system, and upgraded injectors. SVE says that the truck can be set up for either 91 or 93 gas.

A stainless steel cat-back exhaust system comes with the package, along with the extra power. New heavy-duty traction bars and an anti-roll bar have also been added to the back. The basic setup is changed to red Yenko-badged six-piston Brembo front brake calipers with 16.1-inch vented rotors. The brake system is also improved to handle the extra power. Better wheels and tires have also been added. The SVE truck has performance Nitto tires. The inside has also been updated, and there are now unique pictures throughout the cabin. On the outside of the truck, you can see special markings, like “Yenko/SC,” subtly displayed on the bed sides.

Magnuson sells a better blower system for GM’s 6.2-liter V-8 LT4 for $7,200, but the price is not shown. The prices should be about the same because the SVE kit includes much more than just the supercharger.
