The WRX And BRZ Will Get A New Series In 2026, The Unique Yellow Edition

Subaru is making limited-edition versions of its two high-performance cars. When 2026 comes around, the BRZ and WRX will have a Series. The yellow special version may come with different TS trims.

Sunrise Yellow covers the outside of the special versions, such as the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Special Edition and the BRZ STI Sport and WRX STI S207 models that are only sold in Japan.

The WRX comes with Recaro racing seats that are stitched in yellow and have yellow perforations. The BRZ also has black upholstery with yellow stitching. The seats, steering wheel, shifter, and parking brake all have black upholstery and yellow stitching.

What a show. Only the manual gearbox will be available for the BRZ and WRX that are yellow. In every other way, they act the same as their TS counterparts. This means putting together a 2.4-liter flat-four engine with 228 horsepower and a six-speed gearbox for the BRZ. The WRX, on the other hand, has a 2.4-liter flat-four turbocharged engine with 271 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque that is paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

The limited-edition set will be shown for the first time on September 14 at Subaru’s Boxerfest in York, Pennsylvania. Three hundred fifty of each type are made, so they are very rare. Subaru stated that the final price would be announced closer to the time the models are sold in stores.
