2025 Kia Soul adds a Soulmate Special Edition while keeping prices the same

The Soulmate will also include a two-tone roof, lower body cladding, a mix of synthetic and cloth upholstery, and the Harman Kardon sound system, which is usually an option on the GT-Line grade. The 2025 subcompact SUV will be mechanically the same as the 2024 model, except for the limited version.

Since 2023, the Kia Soul has had only one engine choice. This year is no different. Like the other 2025 Soul models, the Soulmate will have a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 147 horsepower and an automatic gearbox that changes gears constantly. The last Kia Soul we drove seemed fast enough for a daily commute, even though it took 8.0 seconds to hit 60 mph.

For 2025, the Kia Soul’s prices have seen a modest increase of $100 across all trim levels, making it a viable option for budget-conscious buyers. The changes include a starting price of $21,665 for the LX, $24,165 for the S, $25,265 for the GT-Line, and $25,965 for the EX. The exclusive Soulmate version, priced at $ 26,965, offers unique features at a slightly higher cost than the GT-Line and EX trims.
