• There are now three distinct trim levels available for the Cadillac Lyriq: Tech, Luxury, and Sport.
  • The range estimated to be achieved on a single charge has decreased from 312 miles to 307 miles for the all-wheel-drive version, while the content completed by the rear-wheel-drive version has reduced from 308 to 307 miles.
  • Cadillac made the 2024 Lyriq available in eight colors, providing buyers with additional personalization options for the vehicle.

In its second year of production, the luxury electric SUV that Cadillac offers has a model lineup that is significantly more extensive. There have been some revisions made to the 2024 Lyriq’s trim levels. The entry-level model is now known as Tech, the model in the middle is called Luxury, and the model at the very top is called Sport.

The primary distinctions between the various trim levels are found in the convenience features and the vehicle’s outward appearance. In addition to other features, the Luxury trim comes standard with choreographed exterior lighting, illuminated exterior door handles, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. The standard safety features on higher trim levels are also included in the base level. The chrome trim commonly found on the front and rear fascias, windows, and body moldings has been blacked out in the Sport trim. When you upgrade to the Luxury or Sport trim, the alloy wheels can be upgraded to 22 inches in diameter rather than the standard 20 inches.

We will see the Lyriq in colors other than silver for the first time now that there are eight different exterior paint colors to choose from. The upper trims’ interiors come in four other color options, while the base trim is only available in black and gray.

The Lyriq from Cadillac now has an estimated range of 308 miles for the RWD model and 307 miles for the AWD model. Previously, the RWD model had an estimated range of 312 miles. In the standard electric vehicle range test we conducted on the highway, the model year 2023 vehicle with rear-wheel drive achieved a speed of 75 mph for 270 miles.

The version with one motor and rear-wheel drive produces 340 horsepower, while the version with two engines and all-wheel movement generates 500 horsepower. The Lyriq’s performance with rear-wheel purpose reached 60 miles per hour in 5.7 seconds, but we have yet to have the opportunity to test-drive one with two motors. Even though sport utility vehicles (SUVs) rush, the most recent generation of electric dragsters has some ground to make up.
