• The new look of the 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 is shown for the first time.
  • The full-size SUV with three rows of seats is based on the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, which are siblings from General Motors and got new designs at the end of 2018.
  • GMC says that the full lineup of the 2025 Yukon will be shown off later this year.

When minivans don’t meet our needs, we switch to full-size SUVs, which are truck-based monsters that can carry a huge number of people and acres of cargo. Before it comes out in late 2024, GMC is getting ready to improve its three-row SUV. The new front end of the 2025 Yukon AT4 can now be seen for the first time.

A peek shows that the front end of the 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 has been changed

Full-size SUVs were set by the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, two siblings from GM that were redesigned earlier this year with nicer interiors and stronger diesel engines. GMC’s peek doesn’t show the whole front end of the 2018 Yukon, but the new headlights look like they’re the biggest change. Along with the new headlights, the Yukon’s bonnet and the front end of the car have also been given new looks.

GMC says that the 2025 Yukon will be fully shown off later this year. We think the GMC will be changed in the same way that the SUVs from the Bowtie brand have been. This means that the outsides will be changed a bit, and the insides will get more attention.

There is a standard 11.0-inch digital gauge panel, a new 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a redesigned gear selector in the column for these versions. The old 5.3- and 6.2-liter V-8 engines are back in the car, and the diesel inline-six has been rebuilt from the ground up. When paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, the new Duramax diesel 3.0-liter inline-six engine makes 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. This is more than the previous generation’s 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

Chevy says they have improved the steering calibration and suspension to make the ride more comfy. Both of those sound good, especially since the full-size SUV had a surprisingly smooth ride. More information, like the price and the trim levels that will be returned, will be given out closer to the vehicle’s start.
