• Unmasked photos of the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V being tested show that it looks better and has a better dashboard.
  • There are small LEDs above the main vertical headlamp units on the front of the Escalade, which matches the brand’s growing line of electric cars.
  • A smaller screen pops out from the middle panel and connects to the new, curved screen that covers the whole dashboard.

In 2025, General Motors will update its full-size SUV lineup in the middle of its life cycle. Our spy camera was able to get a good look at the big 2025 Cadillac Escalade V. The 2018 Cadillac Escalade looks a lot like the current model, but pictures of the inside show a dashboard that has been completely redesigned with a screen that curves from A to B.

A screen that spans the dashboard was seen on the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V

The Escalade V has a V-8 engine that can start fires, but its new front end makes it more like Cadillac’s electric cars and the newly updated XT4 crossover. The main headlight has been moved to the lower vertical box, which looks like the electric Lyriq. The horizontal lighting unit is now very small and will likely be the daytime running lights.

The back is mostly original, with only a small change to the grille and a small adjustment to the LEDs in the headlights. The new 24-inch wheels on this V type are shod with 285/40ZR24 Bridgestone Alenza A/S 02 tires, which are made for great performance. A 6.2-liter V-8 supercharged engine with 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque will also be part of it. That goes to all four wheels through the 10-speed automatic transmission.

Here is a list of the real changes that have been made to the updated Escalade. The dashboard’s current curved dual-screen layout has been completely changed in favor of a bigger, curved screen that goes across the whole width of the dash. This is put on top of a long piece of wood trim and a row of horizontal air vents for the temperature control.

Below the floating shape of the center desk is a place to store things. The short gear shift knob has also been taken off and replaced with a beautiful dial and a screen that is tilted 45 degrees. There should be an official show of the 2025 Escalade soon since production of the car, including the powerful V type, is set to start in the second half of 2024.
