Twelve Nissan workers from Shelby, North Carolina, are in big legal trouble because the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) filed more than 400 charges against them. The charges differ, including not reporting damage, incorrectly changing salvage titles, and not inspecting cars.
