The 2025 Ford Maverick comes with a new Tremor package price level, as well as a redesigned interior and a different front end. All-wheel drive is an option with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid powertrain, which also raises the maximum towing ability to 4,000 pounds. All versions of the Maverick now come with a bigger 13.2-inch tablet for entertainment that works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Ford Maverick is now in its fourth model year and has better technology, a more streamlined design, and more power for hybrid cars. Our favorite little pickup truck has become a lot more famous since it came out in 2022. Ford thinks that the new Maverick will be more valuable because it has more features and technologies, and the Tremor trim is now a separate model. Now, you can get all-wheel drive on the hybrid models in the XL, XLT, and Lariat trim levels. This is big news. Ford says that the most usual request was from the owner. Hybrid Mavericks can now get all-wheel drive in addition to the extra Tow package, which can pull the same 4,100-pound trailers as the turbocharged four-cylinder. The base engine is a 2.5-liter hybrid four-cylinder that makes 191 horsepower. An available 2.0-liter turbo four engine makes 238 horsepower. These are the only engines that can be used in the car. It’s easier to tell the difference between trim levels now that the Maverick looks better. On the top trims, LED running lights have been added, and the headlights now have black tips. The upward extension of the new front bumper into the headlight housing, which looks like the number “7,” is strange to some of us because it makes the windows look like they are partly boarded up. Still, the head on each trim level is now different, and the whole package makes the Maverick look fresh and new. It’s going to happen. The new navigation touchscreen has grown from a small 8.0 inches to a very big 13.2 inches on the inside. The bigger screen comes standard on all Maverick cars. It works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly and runs Ford’s Sync 4 software. The Maverick has a 5G WiFi link and an updated infotainment system that lets it get updates over the air. To round out the technology updates, Ford’s Pro Trailer Backup Assist and Hitch Assist features have been added, along with a 360-degree camera. The Lariat and Tremor trims come with trailer assist and backup assist as standard. The XL and XLT trims, on the other hand, offer these features as extras. On better trim levels, you can also get lane-centering and adaptive cruise control. There are, however, brand-new active safety features in the range. All of these improvements are built into the 2025 Ford Maverick, but it costs a bit more. For instance, the base XL trim now costs $27,890, which is $2,775 more than last year’s model. It costs $37,130 to buy the AWD EcoBoost Lariat. The AWD Lariat hybrid costs $38,330, and the XLT hybrid costs $30,390. The most expensive one is the new Tremor model, which costs $41,390. The new Maverick’s order books will open on August 1, and people should start getting their orders later this year.
