With its 1,001-horsepower hybrid V12 engine that spins at 9,500 rpm, the Lamborghini Revuelto is already taller than its predecessor, the Aventador. But now that Lamborghini’s new model car has been filmed while being tested on the Nürburgring, you can hear what that engine sounds like. The best part is that the driver put it through its paces on a real hot lap, not just on a Sunday drive. CarSpyMedia on YouTube found the Revuelto testing on what seemed to be an industry test day with a bunch of prototypes that had their faces hidden. On the other hand, this Lamborghini has no paint and what looks like a near-final exhaust design, making it look like a simple pre-production car. This means that its crown jewel V12 will have a similar sound because it is quiet enough to be unique. The 1,001 horsepower and 1,051 pound-feet of torque come from the Revueltos 6.5-liter normally aspirated V12, which is helped by a hybrid system. The fastest Lamborghini can go from 0 to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds when all four wheels are used. Its top speed is 217 mph. But it’s hard to use all that power on the Nürburgring, so we probably won’t hear the V12 being pushed to its limit. Still, the Lamborghini has a significant wobble that almost always shows how lovely it is. The Lamborghini Revuelto will be a severe supercar based on how fast this test was. Remember, this is a sample basic pre-production form of Revuelto. Later, faster versions will be released. Remember when we were few? Each type of Aventador? Are you familiar with the SVJ? The Revuelto will probably get the same treatment, putting the ICE production car Nürburgring lap record in danger.
