• The Kaveya car is one of Karma Automotive’s ideas for the future. The company was started after Fisker Automotive went bankrupt in 2013.
  • Karma says that this thin two-door car will have up to 1000 horsepower and be able to go at least 250 miles on a single charge when it comes out in 2025.
  • The company also plans to release a new electric car called Gyesera and a better version of its hybrid car, Revero.

Henrik Fisker, who made the electric Fisker Ocean SUV, came back this year with a new project with the same name. This person, Fisker, has worked for Aston Martin, BMW, and Ford. His original idea for the Karma car, on the other hand, lived on after Fisker Automotive went bankrupt in 2013. The beautiful car was first called the Karma Revero, but it was redesigned and given a new name, the GS-6, in 2021. Since 2017, Karma Automotive, which is based in California and is owned by Chinese investors, has only sold a very small number of them. The beautiful Kaveya car has been shown off. It is the main part of Karma’s three-part plan to stay alive in the 2020s.

Karma Automotive Shows Off the Stylish Kaveya Coupe and Talks About Plans for the Future

The Kaveya, which was shown off in Las Vegas last weekend, is an amazing machine that can’t be denied. The wheelbase is 107.0 inches, which is about three inches shorter than the Aston Martin DB12’s. However, the car is 187.7 inches longer from bumper to bumper. Karma says the car will have carbon-fiber body pieces on top of an aluminum space frame and weigh 5,300 pounds at the curb. The body is smooth and shiny, and the headlights and taillights are short. There are also small cuts in the body that help with aerodynamics and airflow.

The Kaveya will come in two different models: a base model with 536 horsepower and all-wheel drive and a model with 1000 horsepower. That version will have 1270 pound-feet of power and should be able to go from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds. It will also have a top speed of more than 180 mph. The 120.0 kWh battery can be fully charged in 45 minutes, going from 10 to 80 percent full. It is said to have a range of more than 250 miles. It needed to be clarified from Karma which version was shown in these pictures. In the fourth quarter of 2026, the more powerful Kaveya will be on the market. In the same quarter, 2025, the 536-hp version will be on the market.

Karma also hinted that two more types are being made. The GS-6 will now be called the Revero, and the only picture Karma released shows a body that looks like the original Fisker Karma. The specs are mostly the same as the outgoing GS-6. It has 536 horsepower from a range-extending hybrid powertrain that blends two electric motors with a gas engine that can also be used as a generator. The company Karma did not say whether the GS-6’s 1.5-liter, three-cylinder, turbocharged gas engine would be kept.

Karma says it will take less than four seconds to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour. The torque will be 708 pound-feet, up from 550 pound-feet in the last car we looked at. The car with rear-wheel drive can go 360 miles before it needs to be charged. The 28.0-kWh battery has a range of 65 miles on its own. It may be the same battery that made 24.6 kWh of usable capacity in 2021. In the third quarter of next year, the Revero will be back.

Karma had been working on a fully electric version called the GSe-6, but it looks like they have given up on it in favor of the Gyesera, a brand-new electric car. So far, we have only seen the dark teaser picture for the rear-wheel-drive sedan Karma. It should be able to go more than 250 miles on a single 120.0 kWh battery, which will be shared with the Kavya.

Karma says the Gyesera will have 590 horsepower and 693 pound-feet of torque, which is more than enough power to beat the Kavya. It will be able to go from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4.2 seconds and have a top speed of more than 135 mph. Since the reported sizes are the same as the redesigned Revero, it makes us wonder how new the Gyesdra really is. For now, all we know about the cabin is that it will have an 11.6-inch tablet. The 5300-pound curb weight is 257 pounds more.

Karma says that all the information about the Gyesera will be released early in 2025, with a release date in the fourth quarter. We’ll keep an eye on the niche maker over the next few years to see if it can reach its goals, but we won’t be holding our breath.
