• This week, two more pictures of the Tesla Cybertruck were made public.
  • The pictures show a standard dashboard, a squared-off driving wheel, and a familiar screen in the middle.
  • It was hilarious that the photographs were uploaded to Cybertruck Owners Club’s website.

We still need to get a good look inside Tesla‘s first model with a cargo bed, even though there have been recent rumors that the building is almost done and more and more spy photos of Cybertruck test mules.

After CEO Elon Musk announced it in 2019, we’re finally getting a good look inside the Cybertruck. A picture of one of Tesla’s test mules was taken at a recent shareholder meeting in Texas and posted on the Cybertruck Owners Club site. Surprisingly, no one owns a Cybertruck.

From the driver’s point of view, the first shot shows a few important details. The nearly eight-sided turning wheel stands out right away. It resembles a cross between a regular rotation and a Tesla tiller. Tesla picked capacitive buttons instead of a visible stalk for the turn signal stalk on the dashboard.

Regular gauge groups are not on the Model 3, Model Y, or Cybertruck. This puts the big, dull display in its proper place. Since the Cybertruck has an odd shape, the long, flat panel doesn’t come as a surprise, but it could be more creative.

As with all Teslas, most of the truck’s controls are on the central touchscreen. The dash doesn’t look like it has any AC fans or plugs for charging. The steering wheel and the large horizontal screen fill this room.

The main control panel fits in with the rest of the Cybertruck. The console’s folding cover resembles a copy of the tonneau cover on the truck bed. People used to think that the middle console could fold to make room for a third jump seat, but it needs to be clarified from the leaked pictures if this is still true.

Will more people buy Tesla’s long-awaited and long-overdue electric pickup truck? Who knows? We’ll keep an eye out for both public news and leaks.
