Lamborghini is known for making special editions of their sports cars, like the Aventador Ultimate. What about the Improbable and the Real? To celebrate the Huracán’s tenth birthday, the company asked its Squadra Corse and Ad Personam teams to make an “Opera Unica” (one-of-a-kind) version of the sports car. The car that was made is called the Huracán STO SC 10° Anniversario.

Ten years of the Huracán have been marked by the 2024 Lamborghini Huracán STO SC 10° Anniversario

One of a kind Huracán

Other limited versions give a stock car a new paint job. The SC 10°, on the other hand, makes the Huracán even better than it already is. The one-of-a-kind sports car is the first vehicle made by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse company that can be driven on public roads. The company says that the aerodynamics are better because of the two carbon-fiber flaps on the front of the bonnet and the rear wing being three degrees higher than the original model. Both the front and back of the car have more downforce because of the teamwork.

A set of four racing-derived dampers is used instead of the usual active parts to improve mechanical grip. The dampers can be moved in four different ways and can re-adjust to both high and low levels. Bridgestone and Lamborghini worked together to make new tires that were made to last longer on the track. The OEM exhaust has also been replaced with an Akrapovic titanium exhaust system, which lets the V-10 make more noise.

Racing as a source of ideas

The black-and-green paint job is said to have been based on the Lamborghini SC63, the company’s new hybrid prototype race car that will participate in the IMSA and WEC championships. Stickers on both doors and the back fin say, “Squadra Corse 10° Anniversario.”

It is said that the inside trim was picked to be used on the racetrack. The sports seats are made of Nero Ade (black) Alcantara and have green stitching. There are metal roll bars and four-point race belts inside the cabin to keep people safe and on course. The inside has a carbon-fiber floor covering, and there is a one-of-a-kind sign on the back firewall to show how special the car is.
