The BMW Z3 roadster emerged in 1996 as a German Miata. With the six-cylinder engine, the Z3 became much more desirable. This Z3 2.8 with only 28,000 miles is for sale with no reserve price. In the 1990s, everyone wanted a roadster because the Mazda Miata was so popular. Because of this, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche made two-seaters that were easy to drive but less cheap than the Miata. When it came out in 1996, the BMW Z3 had a 1.9-liter, four-cylinder engine with 138 horsepower under its tall, classic-looking hood. The Z3 could do more in just one year because it got a 2.8-liter inline-six machine with 51 more horsepower and a limited-slip rear axle. To clear a 2.5-inch wider track, the back fenders had to be made more prominent. This gave the car a beautifully balanced look. This is still a good time. The 2.8-liter engine’s power went up to 193 horsepower in 1999. The 2000 model also has side airbags, rollover hoops, and a much nicer cabin than the 1999 model. This car also has a motorized top, warm seats, and an interior made of leather. Last year, the drive belt, the seal for the gear selector, and the rear dampers were all changed. The plastic window in the back of the top has also been changed. Even though there are a few small paint chips and scuffs on the car’s underside, it looks great for having only 28,000 kilometers on the clock.
