• The brand’s Mulliner customization team made this one-of-a-kind 2023 Bentley Continental GT Speed to honor the original car.
  • So that it looks like the first one, the new Conti, is painted Cypress Green and has Saddle leather seats.
  • The unique Continental GT Speed was sold to an American owner and displayed in Pebble Beach this year.

When the first Bentley Continental GT came out in 2003, it was vital to the brand’s move from struggling to succeeding. The original Conti was the first modern Bentley made and developed by the Volkswagen Group. It was a massive hit in the market right away. Bentley is making a one-of-a-kind 2023 Continental GT Speed to show how important the brand is.

Bentley’s Mulliner customizing division made the tribute Continental GT. It has the same features as the original production car. Inside the new car, the seats are Saddle leather, and the trim is Burr Walnut. The “Special Green” contrast stitching and matching stripes on the center console’s doors, chairs, and sides are two more stylish and modern touches inside the car. Also, a sign says, “20 years of the Continental.”

Like the first-generation car, the only engine that can power the Continental GT Speed is a 6.0-liter W-12 engine with twin turbochargers. The latest and last version of the unique engine makes a mind-boggling 650 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, compared to its big 552 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. The four wheels on the particular edition car are 22-inch Dark Grey Satin wheels, and an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sends power to them.

The 2023 Bentley Continental GT Speed particular model has already been sold. Bentley says that the car was sold to an American collector. The buyer picked it up at The Quail at this year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where it was also on display, but the price, which is believed to be very high, is being kept secret.
