Bentley decided that the Bentayga needed to be updated in 2024, four years after the last time it was changed. Rear-wheel steering is now standard on the S and Azure trims and can be added to other frames as an option. This makes the changes very full of features. In line with Bentley’s preference for customization, the new 21-inch wheels come in three different finishes and can be painted in eight more ways, bringing the total number of paint choices to 112. Given how popular ultra-luxury SUVs seem, it’s no surprise that the Bentayga SUV is Bentley’s most popular model. The Bentley Bentayga has stayed the same for four years, but the high-end SUV is getting a new look for the 2024 model year. The vertical slats on the front grille have been replaced with a mesh grille that matches the front of the newly redesigned Flying Spur. The rest of the changes are new standards and optional features. The rear-wheel steering system from the version with a longer wheelbase has been changed to fit the average length of the Bentayga. It will be a choice for the rest of the lineup, and the Azure and S trim levels will come with it as standard. Bentley is known for being able to be customized, and the company keeps its word. There are three different styles of new 21-inch wheels for the 2024 Bentayga. There are also eight other types of paint, of which seven are satin paints. With these new paint choices, there are now a total of 112 outdoor paint choices. All the cars have the luxury Airline Seats from the version with a longer wheelbase. These are the seats in the back. They have 22 adjustment planes and a “Relax” mode that lets the seats lean back to a 40-degree angle, moves the front passenger seat and adds a footrest. Even more features for the back seat are built into the new Bentayga. Bentley says that the system checks the temperature and surface humidity of the passenger in the back seat every 25 milliseconds and makes changes as needed when the passenger uses the auto climate settings to set a temperature. To keep the body from getting too tired, the new posture adjustment system can change the pressure in 177 different ways across six separate zones and adapt to each passenger’s sitting position and pressure points.
