The 2024 Chevy Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition is a tribute to the personalised NASCAR Cup Car that raced in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans. Only 56 of the production model, which is painted Riptide Blue and has logos that look like those on the ZL1 race car, will be sold in the United States. Later this year, you’ll be able to buy the 650-horsepower Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition, but the price still needs to be set. The beautiful Chevy Camaro ZL1, which has been made for six generations, will stop being made after the 2024 model year. In honour of a significant moment in motorsports, the bow-tie company earned the 2024 Chevy Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition and the newly announced commemorative Collector’s Edition. The modified NASCAR Camaro ZL1 Cup Car used in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans served as a model for the production car. It is for people who like the Camaro and the Le Mans. Chevy says that only 56 G56 Edition cars will be sold in the U.S., which is a very small number. The Garage 56 version is based on the 2024 Camaro ZL1 car and has a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that is supercharged to make 650 horsepower. It has the face of the track-focused 1LE version, with dive planes and a front splitter that sticks out. There is also a NASCAR Cup Car-style straw bill on the back of the spoiler. The ZL1 G56 comes in a colour called “Riptide Blue,” which is only available for the ’24 model year. It also has artwork on it that was inspired by Le Mans race car. Think about how the main white line on the vehicle, which goes from the hood to the trunk lid, is framed by a small gold stripe. In the middle, the American flag is shown in black and green. Like the race car, there is a Hendrick Motorsports logo on the back pillar, and the hood has a NASCAR 75th Anniversary logo. On the floor mats, steering wheel, and front bumpers, there is also a Garage 56 logo. Chevy will give three extra decals to anyone who wants their special Camaro ZL1 to look even more like the race car that will spend the whole day going around the Circuit de la Sarthe. There are Goodyear stickers for the front wheel arches, a NASCAR sticker for the top of the windscreen and ’24’ can be stamped on the doors of the race car. Tomorrow, Saturday, June 10, at 10 a.m., the 24 Hours of Le Mans will start. The 2024 Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition will be made in the second half of this year.
