Chevy has announced the prices for the 2024 Traverse series. These are a lot higher than the prices for the previous models. The price rise is in line with the Traverse’s shift to a new generation in 2024. Prices range from $39,495 to $55,595 based on trim and options. The sporty RS trim and the new Z71 off-road trim are now at the top of the list. Chevy showed off the new version of Traverse last summer, with the powerful Z71 off-road trim and the aggressive-looking RS trim. The prices for the 2024 Traverse list have been made public, and they are a lot higher than they were before. The base LS trim level of the Traverse now costs $39,495, which is $3580 more than the previous model’s base price. What do you buy with all that extra money? Inside the Traverse, there is a standard 17.7-inch touchscreen, which is a big improvement over the 7.0- and 8.0-inch screens in the previous model. The best thing about the Traverse is that even though it has a bigger screen, the climate and volume settings are still physical. It also comes with a 2.5-liter inline-four turbocharged engine that makes 315 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. We think the LT, which costs a little more than the LS at $41,395, is a good choice. You can add a power-adjustable driver’s seat, a wireless charging pad for your phone, a power rear liftgate, second-row captain’s seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel to this trim level. If you choose the LT, you can also add a sunroof and GM’s hands-free Super Cruise system. The New People on the Block The fast $55,595 RS trim and the new $47,795 Z71 off-road trim are now at the top of the Traverse food chain. When you move to the Z71, you get a twin-clutch all-wheel drive system, better suspension, all-terrain tires, and driving modes that are better for different types of terrain. The RS model has black details on the outside, 22-inch wheels, and a stiffer suspension system. If you want to buy a new 2024 Traverse, you should know that there is also a type called the 2024 Traverse Limited. This means that the previous version of the Traverse will continue. It came out in 2018 but will still be available for another year, just like the Chevy Malibu Classic and Ram 1500 Classic. A GM spokesman recently told C/D that this model will only be “available for a short period” while the next model is being made. The new model is expected to hit stores in the coming months.
