GM says the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUT can go up to 381 miles on a single charge. This estimate is for the 3X trim, which has the largest battery in the electric car. It has a range of 377 miles, which is 26 miles more than it did before. When the Extreme Off-Road equipment is added to the ’24 Hummer EV SUIT, it can go an extra 30 miles, giving it an expected range of 359 miles per charge. GMC says the 2024 Hummer EV SUT will have a more extended range on a single charge. In the previous model year, the electric pickup truck was told to go 355 miles on a complete account. That number has gone up to 381 miles in the new model year. Customers must choose the EV3X trim level with the bigger 24-module battery pack (GMC doesn’t say its net capacity) to get the extended range. When the Hummer EV SUT has the Extreme Off-Road plan, which includes extra skid plates, 18-inch wheels with 35-inch tires, and other off-road-oriented upgrades, the estimated range drops to 359 miles. GMC says it is 30 miles longer than the last model year, even though it is 22 miles shorter than the truck before the change. GMC will also offer the Hummer EV3X, a storage bed with a smaller 20-module battery. But we are still determining how far that pack will likely go. This number and other information should be made public before the 2024 Hummer EV SUT goes on sale this fall to people who have already put down a deposit. It’s unclear what the final price will be, but the top 3X trim will cost around $108K.
