• For 2025, Audi will give the S3 car more power and make changes to the chassis.
  • The torque-splitting rear end from the RS3 is also still there, and it now has a slide mode.
  • The updated S3 should come to the US later this year.

The Audi A3’s middle child is getting closer to its big brother or sister. When 2025 comes around, the S3 gets more torque and horsepower, a new frame, and the best-performing RS3’s rear-end torque-split function. The car also has four new colors on the outside, as well as updated headlights and taillights and other cosmetic changes.

The 2025 Audi S3 will have more power, a new look, and a drift mode based on the RS3

The 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine now makes 328 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque, which is 22 horsepower and 15 pound-feet more than before. Even though the old S3 could reach 60 mph in 4.3 seconds, Audi says the new one will be able to do it in 4.4 seconds. Audi also says that the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission lets you change gears more quickly. To improve the sound, a performance exhaust system with a titanium silencer is now offered.

A torque-split system with two clutch packs is now used in the S3’s rear axle, just like it is in the 400-hp five-cylinder RS3. This turns on the exciting Audi Dynamic Plus spin mode, which gives more power to the rear axle to make it oversteer, especially the outside rear wheel. The frame has also been improved with bigger brakes with two-piston front calipers, better steering, and a different camber angle for the front end. The S3 should also have a better grip with the new Falken summer tires.

New headlights and taillights are part of the exterior changes. The taillights have an animated element, and the headlights have four DRL signature lighting settings that can be changed. Ambient lighting is now standard in the car, and a steering wheel with a flat bottom is an option.

Over the next few months, more details about the US will be made public on the S3. The starting price may be higher than the current car, which costs $48,495.00.
