Pictures of the new 2025 Ram HD pickup trucks are now available. The headlights on the Ram 2500 and 3500 are now split into two thinner sections, and the grille has been changed. Later, more information about the cars’ features and engines will be released. In 2025, the light-duty Ram 1500 got a whole new look, with a new engine and a smaller front end. The old Hemi V-8 has been replaced by a new twin-turbocharged inline-six engine that comes in two power levels (420 or 540 horsepower). Ram has said that it will be improving its heavy-duty trucks in 2025. The company also shared some pictures of the new trucks. The Ram HD’s new look is sleeker and more modern, but it still has the tough good looks of half-ton trucks. The truck’s big headlights have been cut in half and put into two smaller pieces that fit into the grille. The Rebel, which is designed for off-road use, has a blacked-out grille at the front that looks like a hood and has several vertical and horizontal strakes. The bottom bumper of the Rebel looks like it hasn’t been changed. There are no other changes that can be seen, but the back taillights are easier to understand because they use C-shaped LED modules. Along with two pictures of the heavy-duty Rebel, Ram also shared a front-facing picture of three trucks. These included a white model that it says is a chassis cab and a red truck with fancier features. The white truck is probably a base-model Tradesman because it has gas headlights instead of LEDs and a grille with straight lines. While the Rebel’s exterior is all black, the red truck looks more like a Laramie or Longhorn, with gold accents in the grille and a body-color surround for the grille. So far, Ram hasn’t said anything mechanical about the new HD versions, but he will eventually give a full explanation. It wouldn’t surprise us if the 6.4-liter V-8 stayed in heavy-duty trucks. However, some Ram HD models could come with the light-duty trucks’ gas-powered twin-turbo inline-six engines. The 6.7-liter inline-six Cummins diesel engine will also be used in the new HD cars, but it has yet to be made better. The inside of the 2025 Ram 1500 was also changed in important ways, which is something that heavy-duty trucks will also do. In 2024, cars came with an 8.4-inch touchscreen as standard. For 2025 models, a 12.0-inch touchscreen was added. You could also get a 14.5-inch screen or a 10.3-inch tablet for the dashboard in front of the passenger.
