Audi’s RS6 Avant and RS7 Performance models just got a rudder. Audi has made the RS6 Avant and RS7 Performance trim levels available in a new Bronze Edition. Only 125 cars with the new trim will be sold in the United States. There will be 50 RS7 cars and 75 RS6 cars. With the release of a new Bronze Edition, Audi’s RS6 and RS7 cars, which are already very excellent, fast, and expensive, got even more extraordinary. The top speed has been increased, and the black paint on the particular version goes well with the matte-gold wheels. The RS6 Avant and RS7 Sportback both have the Bronze version. It is based on the new Performance version for each car, which came out for the 2024 model year. The Bronze Edition will only be sold in the United States, and there will only be 125. Audi says 50 RS7 Performance cars and 75 RS6 Avant Performance versions will be made. The Performance version boosts the already powerful twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 to an incredible 621 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque by using a giant pair of turbos and more boost. Based on these estimates, the output of the basic model goes up by 30 horsepower and 37 pound-feet. Audi says the newer cars reach 60 miles per hour, 0.2 seconds faster than the older ones. Performance version cars can only go as fast as 155 mph, but Bronze version cars can go as quickly as 174 mph. The Bronze Edition cars have a paint job resembling Sebring Black crystals, 22-inch matte neodymium gold wheels, and a faster top speed. The Bronze Edition also comes with a gloss carbon exterior package, a Bang & Olufsen music system, black brake callipers, an interior made of Valcona leather, and a suede headliner. The limited-edition option also changes the air suspension with Dynamic Ride Control, which has steel springs, and three-way adjustable hydraulic dampers. Audi hasn’t said how much the Bronze Edition will cost, but since the RS6 Avant Performance starts at $126,895 and the RS7 Sportback Performance starts at $128,895, the limited-edition car will likely cost more than $140,000. This fall, you should be able to buy both types.
