The car has an automatic transmission with nine speeds and all-wheel drive. The new Mercedes C-class sedan, the 2023 AMG C43, is the middle child. It costs money. The 2021 model year starts at $61,050, which is $3500 more than the last time the C43 sedan was sold. Instead of a turbo V-6 engine, the performance model of the new C43 now has a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which makes a big difference in how it looks. Still, the power has gone up. The new 2.0-liter engine has 402 horsepower, while the old V-6 machine only has 385 horsepower.
