The price of a new Tesla has fluctuated. The firm has modified the prices of its four models multiple times in the past year. With new Standard Range variants this week, the Model S and Model X are $10,000 cheaper than last week.

Tesla Model S and Model X prices are falling.

Reuters reports that Tesla released shorter-range Model S and Model X models yesterday. The base S Standard Range model costs $79,880, $10,000 less than the two-motor model above. According to the EPA, the cheaper model can only go 320 miles, while the more expensive model can go 405 miles. Three-motor Model S Plaids cost $109,880 and travel 396 miles.

According to the EPA, the Model X Standard Range costs $89,880 and can go 269 miles on a charge. That’s $10,000 less than the more powerful model’s claimed 348-mile range. The tri-motor Model X Plaid costs $109,880 and has 333 miles of range.
