• Ford’s most recent F-150 model has a new take on the famous “Blue Oval” logo on the hood.
  • The logo’s inner oval border has been taken away, and the chrome has been changed with white accents so that the word “Ford” can be written bigger.
  • The new sign is only on the F-150, but in the coming years, it will be used on all of Ford’s cars.

For the 2024 model year, Ford has shown a new version of their famous F-150 pickup truck that is better. One of the small changes to the remodeled truck was that the famous Blue Oval logo had a new look.

The old design was made simpler by removing the small silver circle around the badge. The script for “Ford” has grown to fill the room. Now that the letters and chrome border around the outside are done in white, they have a retro look. Also, the new symbol looks like it is two-dimensional instead of three-dimensional.

Weirdly, Ford didn’t talk about the new logo in any of its news releases about the new F-150, and as far as we know, the redesigned Blue Oval has yet to be seen on any other Ford vehicles. Rob Broncheau, Ford’s lead designer for colors and materials, told it that the logo is new at a press event for the 2024 F-150. We don’t have a specific timeline, but we expect the new logo to be added to the rest of Ford’s models as they get facelifts or new generations.

The 2024 F-150 also has a new look, two standard 12-inch screens, an available head-up display, and many new tech features, like an updated hands-free driving system called BlueCruise and a new tailgate with a center door that opens independently. The sales start early the following year.
