After a short break in 2023, the Nightshade version of the Corolla will return for the 2024 model year. The Nightshade version now has a black grille, rear bumper, logos, and nice bronze wheels. Based on the SE trim, the Corolla Nightshade should cost a few thousand dollars less when it goes on sale this fall. The Nightshade version, which has bright bronze wheels and parts that are blacked out, is coming back for the 2024 Toyota Corolla, giving it a little more style. Launched in 2020, For 2020, it debuted. The Corolla’s hidden trim choice was taken off the list of available models for the 2023 model year. The Nightshade is still built on the SE model and can be bought as a sedan, hatchback, or hybrid drivetrain. To fit its scary name, the Nightshade has a gloss-black grille, black logos, a black rear diffuser, and black side-view mirrors. As expected, the hatchback has a big, black rear wing, and the sedans have a rear lip spoiler. The hatchback is offered in a two-tone design with a black roof to break up the monotony. The 18-inch wheels are bronze, which goes well with the blacktop. Toyota hasn’t taken inside pictures, but it shouldn’t change much. The sound system can be upgraded with a JBL Premium Audio kit, and the SE Premium adds a sunroof, a wireless charger, blind-spot monitoring, and back cross-traffic alert. The hybrid versions of the Nightshade come with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Prices will be known later this year, but we expect a $2000 premium, with the hatchback starting at about $26,000 and the car at about $27,000. Before the Nightshade goes on sale in the fall of 2023, we should know more about it.
