Tata Motors is reportedly developing six fantastic SUVs for release in six months. The long-awaited Safari revamp will debut in India later this year. The redesigned Safari has been seen several times recently, and now we have clear photographs of the luxury SUV’s interior, which shows several fascinating features.

RushLane believes the SUV’s dashboard has altered significantly. It boasts a sizable freestanding touchscreen entertainment system, an all-digital instrument cluster, a redesigned four-spoke steering wheel with an integrated display, and a refreshing and invigorating color palette. The central console has two HVAC knobs and full-touch capacitive controls. A previous patent is similar. Land Rover-shaped gear knobs were also created. A rotating dial on the front selects drive mode.

The 2017 Safari facelift will have automated dual-zone climate control, cruise control, an automatic day/night interior rearview mirror, a 360-degree surround camera, Level 2 ADAS technology, and multi-color ambient lighting. The motorized driver seat, panoramic sunroof, wireless charger, keyless entry, electronic parking brake with auto hold, and start/stop button will carry over from the previous generation.

The new Safari will have a new front grille, an LED light bar, new front and rear bumpers, sharper LED headlights, new alloy wheels, and a tail light design that joins them. Bedroom adjustments will also be significant.

The next Safari upgrade should run on the 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine, six-speed manual, and automatic transmissions. This engine was upgraded to satisfy BS6 Phase 2 pollution standards. Tata Motors may launch the new 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that debuted at the Auto Expo in January 2023.
