• The DB11’s replacement, which will be shown on May 24, has been demonstrated in three shots by Aston Martin.
  • The hidden photos show the next-generation DB’s new navigation system, side profile, and front.

Three teaser photos of Aston Martin’s new sports car, officially unveiled on May 24, were shared today, giving the public an early look at what will replace the DB11.

In the slightly fuzzy picture above, you can see the new DB’s headlights and hood. The Aston Martin wing sign, which has just been changed, is on the front of the car. Squinting reveals a part of the grille that looks like it has six horizontal bars.

Aston also showed a drawing of the DB’s side outline, which you can see below. The long hood goes to a window with a steep slope. Even though the smooth line makes it look like a coupe, there may also be a convertible called the Volante. The car looks like it is painted a hazy green color, and the big wheels are wrapped in what looks like metal. They are a good match, no doubt about it.

future entertainment

Lawrence Stroll, the chairman of Aston Martin, was mentioned earlier this year as saying that the company’s following line of cars would have a lot of new features, such as a new infotainment system. The layout in the shot below shows that he wasn’t joking. The redesigned interface is built into an angled Centre stack that holds the HVAC controls and other switchgear.

There is a roller for the volume of the music, as well as one for the speed of the fans and the temperature in the two climate zones. Some of the new DB’s features can be seen through buttons near the abrupt gear change and the engine start/stop switch. A surround-view camera system, lane-keeping assist, parking sensors, warm and cooled seats, adjustable dampers, and different exhaust settings are also included.

What is it called?

The DB12 is one of the cars being considered to replace the DB11. A patent application for the company’s nameplate filed with the U.S. Patent and Patent Office backs up this idea. The car’s name? We must wait till May 24, when Aston Martin will show off the new DB.
