India finally got the Tata Motors Punch CNG. 7.10 lakh to 9.68 lakhs, sans dealer costs. Punch will include Pure, Adventure, and Accomplished editions. Rhythm and Dazzle S packs come with the Adventure and Accomplished editions, respectively. Tata enhanced the Tiago and Tigor iCNG. The Punch iCNG’s 1.2-liter, three-cylinder gasoline engine produces 84.82 horsepower and 113 Nm. CNG reduces power to 75.94 bhp and torque to 97 Nm. The CNG version has a 5-speed AMT transmission. However, this engine can be mated with a 5-speed manual or AMT. Dual-cylinder technology distinguishes the Tata iCNG series. Tata Motors chose two 30-litre CNG tanks rather than one large one. 60 litres. Travellers’ luggage can fit in the trunk because these cylinders are neatly placed on the floor. Tata CNG automobiles offer many safety features. These include leak detection, high-quality stainless steel, and corrosion-resistant materials. “Thermal incident protection” immediately cuts the CNG flow to the engine if something goes wrong. Safer still, the tank’s gas is released immediately. A microswitch prevents the automobile from starting if the gasoline lid is open. These safety measures ensure driver safety. Tata just added iCNG badges on the car. The car has a CNG button to switch between CNG and gasoline fuel. Drivers have additional options. The instrument cluster now displays CNG usage and the remaining CNG.
