2023 Lucid Air trims cost thousands less. Air Pure models start at $83,900, down over $5000. Touring and Grand Touring pricing dropped $12,550. Location costs have dropped from $1650 to $1500. Luxury electric car manufacturer Lucid’s Air electric car is now cheaper. The 2023 Air Touring and Grand Touring models received the highest price cuts. Dual-motor AWD Air Pure models start at $83,900, down $5150. Touring and Grand Touring models start at $12,550, down $2,550. Touring costs $96,500, Grand Touring $127,100. The Air’s new lower pricing matches the company’s initial price forecasts, released in March 2022 after the EV startup’s costs rose in June. Touring started at $96,500 and Air Pure at $78,900. No prices yet. We called Lucid to find out the Pure model’s September price. In 2022, will the base price be $78,900? However, “we did work backward from that original price to figure out how much the Pure AWD costs now.” The car and 2024 Grand Touring Performance, missing from the Lucid site configurator, have stayed the same price. An employee suggested the top-of-the-line automobile might make it in 2024. When we tested the Grand Touring near Lucid’s offices last spring, we tried the Performance.
