The prices for the 2025 Porsche Taycan range have been released, and the price of the electric sports car has recently gone up a lot. For the 2025 model year, the base price of the Taycan went up from almost $92,000 to $101,395. The GTS sedan and GTS Sport Turismo Wagon types are not currently sold in the U.S. by Porsche, but we expect them to be available again soon. For the 2025 model year, Porsche gives the Taycan a small makeover and adds better range and charge. People who want to buy a new Taycan will have to pay a lot more now that it has these improvements. Prices for the base Taycan have gone up by $8,845 since last year to $101,395. Prices for the base 4S have gone up by the same amount to $120,495. At the moment, the base prices for the more powerful Turbo and Turbo S cars are $175,595 and $210,995, respectively. Taking note of the trends The wagon form of the Taycan follows the same pattern. It costs $113,095 to buy the base Taycan 4 Cross Turismo. The Taycan 4S Cross Turismo costs $127,195, the Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo costs $178,295, and the Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo costs $213,695. In addition to the better screen and style, the better battery life also helps ease the pain of rising prices. Based on the model, the Sport Chrono package has a new “push-to-pass” feature that can give a 10-second power surge of up to 70 kilowatts. The Taycan Turbo S can get a 140 kW boost when the Launch Control option is turned on. This raises its top power output to 938 horsepower. Porsche has made the battery bigger while also making it lighter. We were able to test drive a sample 2025 Taycan in California. At an 8% charge, the car went 313 miles before it stopped. Our test car went from 8% to 80% charged in less than 17 minutes, thanks to a charging rate of up to 327 kW. Porsche says that the prototype can be fully charged in 18 minutes, which means that the charge rate is 90% to 10%. The 2025 Taycan Cross Turismo wagon cars will come out in the fall after the sedans come out in the summer. Unfortunately, Porsche does not currently offer the GTS car or the GTS Sport Turismo wagon. However, we expect them to be available again later this year. Also, Porsche’s price didn’t include the wing-equipped Taycan, which the company had said would lap the Nürburgring, nor did it include the grades that came after it.
