• Hyundai has released the first pictures of the 2024 Elantra N.
  • Even though it has some unique touches, it has the same brand-new front end as the regular Elantra.
  • The new Elantra will be coming to the US by the end of the year.

It was only a matter of time before the sporty N model of the 2024 Hyundai Elantra got a new front end, and now we have the first official photos of the Elantra in that shape. Even though we don’t know much about the car’s mechanics yet, the Elantra N will keep its powerful 2.0-liter inline-four turbocharger and, ideally, give buyers a choice between a manual and a dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

The new grille and narrower headlights on the front are brought over from the last model, but the N model’s more oversized air intakes and red trim make the car look more sporty. These pictures show two new types of 19-inch wheels: a black set with ten spokes, a silver set with five spokes, and a round design. The “H” on the hood of the car is now black. Hyundai hasn’t shown any photos of the interior of the Elantra N, but there may be changes to the infotainment system and new trim choices.

The 2.0-liter inline-four engine that gives the current Elantra N 276 hp will likely stay the same in 2024. It will still come with a six-speed manual transmission as usual and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as an option.

Follow Hyundai to learn more about the specs and features of the 2024 Elantra N in the United States. It will probably go on sale in the US later this year, with a starting price a little higher than the $34,015 starting price of the present model.
