• The price of the current Launch Edition model of the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S has gone down because it now comes in a new Limited trim.
  • The Launch Edition still costs $71,995, the same as the Limited, which starts at $66,995. People who buy the Limited Edition will have to pay more for the same power as people who buy the Launch Edition.
  • Both models come with dual electric motors, delivering all-wheel drive and generating between 500 and 600 horsepower.

In 2025, Jeep will add a new trim level called “Limited” to the Wagoneer S range. This comes after a limited run of just a few Launch Editions for the 2024 model year. The Wagoneer S’s base price has gone down by $5,000 to $66,995. In 2024 and 2025, the Launch Edition model will still cost $71,995.

Limited Trim Added To 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S EV, Starting At $66,995

If you choose the Launch Edition, it comes with a McIntosh sound system, massage seats made of nicer cloth, unique 20-inch wheels, and a blacked-out LED seven-slot grille in front of the car.

The Limited drops 100 horsepower, but all trim levels perform about the same. Both come with all-wheel drive and two motors. Jeep says the Launch Edition can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds because it has two motors that make 600 hp and 617 lb-ft of torque. Later this year, an available over-the-air update will let the Limited get the same numbers. For now, the base trim has 500 horsepower and 524 pound-feet of torque.

The EPA thinks the Wagoneer S can go 304 miles on standard tires. The number drops to 270 if you use high-performance Pirelli tires. During our test drive earlier this year, we were let down by the Wagoneer S’s rough ride and badly set pedals. We noticed that the accelerator button was very sensitive when we started from a stop.

According to Jeep, the new model can now be bought online or at stores across North America.
