This year, the 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali starts at $91,995, which is $7,500 less than last year’s Denali Edition 1. The electric Sierra now comes with two battery packs. The larger Max pack has a range of about 460 miles, which is 20 miles more than before. GMC plans to add more affordable models to its lineup in the first half of next year. The Sierra EV Denali with the Max Range battery will start at $100,495 and go up from there. The only GMC Sierra EV model made was the Denali First Edition, which cost $99,495. The EPA said that the GMC electric pickup truck could go 440 miles, just like the more extreme Hummer EV SUT. It had a single battery size. After some changes, the 2025 Sierra EV costs less and has a longer range. The 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali is on its way to dealers right now. The base price of the new trucks is $91,995, which is $7,500 less than the Edition 1 from last year. Models that come with the new standard Extended Range battery will have to pay this fee. This battery has an EPA-estimated range of 390 miles. Because of this, it is heavily discounted, even though it is thirty miles short of the 2024 model. GMC now offers a second battery option for people who want to buy a Sierra EV with a range of 400 miles or more. The bigger Max Range pack, which costs $8500, brings the price up to $100,495. GM says it also gives the car an extra 460 miles of range, which is more than it could do before. GMC says that the Sierra EV can go 100 miles in ten minutes when it is hooked up to a 350-kW DC fast charger. If you still think $92,000 is too much for an electric pickup truck, GMC will release two trims in the first half of next year, which will cost less. We don’t know how much the upcoming Elevation and AT4 will cost, but the 2025 Chevy Silverado EV, which is based on the Sierra, has an LT trim that starts at $75,000, and Chevy says it’s eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit. Because of this, the Sierra EV Elevation will cost about the same and be eligible for the same tax credit.
