The starting price for the 2025 Lexus RZ is $11,175 lower than last year, with the introduction of a new base model priced at $43,975 for the front-wheel-drive RZ300e. A new base model for the all-wheel-drive RZ450e has been introduced, with a starting price of $48,675. The prices for the Premium and Luxury trims of both the RZ300e and RZ450e have been reduced by $6,975 compared to their 2024 rates. For the 2025 model year, the Lexus RZ lineup will be expanded, making the luxury Japanese brand’s only electric car much more affordable. Plus, Lexus is adding a new base model for the RZ300e with front-wheel drive and the RZ450e with all-wheel drive. Prices will also go down in total. In 2025, a new base model with front-wheel drive brings the price of the smallest luxury SUV down to $43,975. At first, only the Premium and Luxury trim levels of the RZ300e and RZ450e were available. With a new, unnamed base model, Lexus will now sell both types. Due to the introduction of the new base model, the starting price of the 2025 RZ will be $11,175 lower than that of the previous year. This is true even though the base price for the 2024 RZ300e Premium was $55,150. The 2025 RZ300e Premium is now only $48,175, which is about $7K less than the 2024 model, even though it has a new base model. The base price of the 2025 RZ300e Luxury has dropped to $53,905, the same amount as last year. The new RZ450e’s base model costs $48,675, which is $11,175 less than the most affordable all-wheel-drive RZ in 2024. The $7,500 price reduction also extends to the 2025 RZ450e Premium (with a starting price of $50,875) and the RZ450e Luxury (starting at $56,605). According to Lexus, the 2025 RZ will be available for purchase in the United States later this year.
