The 2024 Honda Prologue didn’t come out for years, but we won’t have to wait much longer for the electric SUV. The EPA says that the Honda EX front-wheel-drive car can go up to 296 miles on a single charge. The price starts at $48,795.

The base price for the 2024 Honda Prologue will be $48,795, and it will have a range of 296 miles

Different types with front-wheel drive are driven by a single electric motor with 212 horsepower. There are two trim options for this configuration: EX and Touring. The Touring costs $53,095 more. The overall output goes up to 288 horsepower with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, but the Touring and EX models can only go 281 miles before their range runs out. The Touring costs $56,095, and the EX with all-wheel drive costs $51,795. The top-of-the-line Elite grade costs $59,295 and comes with all-wheel drive. It’s expected to have a range of 273 miles.

The Chevrolet Blazer EV, which shares the same platform as the Prologue, costs a lot more than this one, but the Honda’s range could be better. It is said that the Blazer EV RS with rear-wheel drive has the best range, going 324 miles on a single charge. It’s a lot more expensive than the Honda, at $61,790.

All Prologue models come with 19-inch wheels, a wireless charging pad for your phone, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a Google-based navigation system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and SiriusXM satellite radio.

Honda will give customers a number of charging choices when they buy something. Choose the $500 credit from Electrify America for installing a charging station at home, plus the $100 credit for EVGo public charges and 60.0 kWh of charging. You can make your EVGo credit $300 by picking a $250 home charger installation credit. This will give you more credits for charging at public places. Lastly, people who don’t want to charge their cars at home can choose to get 60 kWh from Electrify America or a $750 credit from EVGo.

People will be able to test drive Prologues in February, but Honda will sell them in March 2024. Stay tuned for the results of our road test and a look at how far the Prologue can go in real life.
