Most trim levels saw small price increases of $750 to $2355 over the previous model year. However, the more powerful MDX Type S now starts at $76,300, which is over $7K more than it did before. The significant price increase of the 2025 Acura MDX Type S is a reflection of the value it now offers. The Advance pack, previously an optional extra, is now standard on the 355-hp Type S. This means high-end features like a head-up display, heated second-row seats, a 16-way power-adjustable front seat with massage functions, and a surround-view camera system are now included as standard, enhancing your driving experience. The base model costs $52,250, which is $750 more than it did before. The Technology model costs $57,650, which is $1905; the A-Spec costs $1405, which is $62,850 more; and the Advanced costs $2355, which is $67,350 more. The rest of the MDX range has not changed, though. The front end of each MDX has been updated, as expected, and Acura has also improved the wireless charge pad and added more storage space inside. A 12.3-inch touchscreen has been put in place of the touchpad, which was giving people problems. The 2025 MDX A-Spec shares a face with the Type S and has a new 20-inch wheel design, black body trim, and a reworked grille mesh design. The Advanced, which starts at $69,350 (almost the same as last year’s Type S base price), can now be bought with the MDX A-Spec for the first time. If you like the high-end features of the Type S, like the front seats that massage you and the leather with curved quills, you can also get them in the new mix.
