Concerns regarding the future of the Meridian have been heightened by their recent removal from the Jeep India website. The Meridian comes in four different trim levels: Limited (O), Limited Plus (L), Upland (U), and X (ultra-luxury). On the other hand, the Limited MT and Limited AT versions need to be seen on the web. Limited AT models started at 32 lakh rupees (ex-showroom), while Limited MT models started at 30.10 lakh rupees. The Jeep Meridian is a seven-seat SUV. It first appeared in May of 2022 in stores in India. Competitors include the Toyota Fortuner and the Skoda Kodiaq. The Meridian’s 2.0-liter diesel engine generates 168 horsepower and 350 Newton metres of torque. Both a 6-speed manual and a 9-speed automatic transmission are available. Four-wheel drive is an available option for this SUV. Earlier this year, the Meridian X and Upland Special Editions were introduced for the 2023 model year. A fully loaded vehicle would set you back between 33.41 and 38.47 lakhs. Jeep’s Upland Special Edition and Meridian X Special Edition aim to please various customers. The Meridian X is designed for the busy lifestyles of urbanites. Also included in this model are body-coloured lowers, a grey roof, grey-pocketed alloy wheels, grey side moulding, puddle lights, and ambient lighting. A fresh “Monsoon Shield” campaign, running for a whole month, has also been launched by Jeep India. Jeep SUV owners everywhere can obtain a free 40-point inspection as part of the offer. If you buy four new tires from the manufacturer, they’ll install and balance them at no extra cost. Customers who purchase a Jeep SUV during the monsoon campaign will receive a discount of 10% on select accessories, replacement parts, and maintenance services. There are also price reductions of up to 50% on particular items.
