The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV starts at $79,050 for the EQE350 and $90,650 for the EQE500. Mercedes sells the EQE350+ with rear-wheel drive and the EQE350 4Matic with all-wheel drive for the same price. The ’23 EQE SUV has three different powertrains and trim levels: Premium, Exclusive, and Pinnacle. An all-wheel drive is famous, but car companies usually charge extra. However, a new company is breaking the pattern. When the 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV goes on sale this spring, both the all-wheel-drive dual-motor EQE350 4Matic and the single-motor rear-wheel-drive EQE350+ will cost the same. Both have an introductory Premium price of $79,050. Price Match, Aisle EQE The two EQE350 powertrain options are available at the same prices for the highest trim levels, Exclusive and Pinnacle. Both of them start at $81,150 and $85,000. The EQE350+ with one motor and the EQE350 4Matic with two engines have 288 horsepower, but the EQE350+ with two motors has an extra 147 pound-feet of torque (417 versus 564). Mercedes thinks the extra power will make little difference in acceleration since the AWD version is only a tenth of a second faster from 0 to 60 mph. We will know how the second electric motor changes the driving range of the EQE SUV once Mercedes makes official predictions. The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan doesn’t have a free AWD option. If the dual-motor option is chosen, the price of the car goes up by $3000. The EQS vehicle and SUV both cost more if they have all-wheel drive. Top EQE500 Eclipses for $96K The EQE500 4Matic SUV costs less because it only has two electric motors and all-wheel drive instead of four. The 536-hp engine starts with the Premium model at $90,650. The EQE500 begins at $92,750, $2100 more than the EQE500. The most expensive trim is the Pinnacle, which costs well over $100,000. The price starts at $96,600. Keep an eye out for the AMG version of the EQE SUV to come out. Mercedes hasn’t said how much it will cost yet.
